This is a blurry picture but it shows his new haircut. I almost cried when it happened because I LOVE his long fluffy hair. It was an accident. Here are some of his friends he sees and plays with at the Library when we go for story time.

This is our other friend Gabrielle from church that we see every week. She is only a day older than Logan and soo cute!!! We went to story time today and afterwards hung out in the baby section of the library where they had these little rocking chairs!!

The First Downtown Getdown...FSU!

Fun family night! The Downtown Getdown is like a festival or prep rally for the home games. FSU plays on Monday here in Tallahassee so there was one tonight. There is food, games, music and lots of people! Logan was a trooper seeing that is was about time to go down for bed when we got there. He was smiling and laughing!

Here is the FSU marching band. They played a few songs and then marched down the center of the crowd! They are really good!

Scootching

On September 3 Logan finally started to be mobile. Well sort of! He can finally get himself where he would like to go in a very funny fashion. It is a mixture between the army crawl and the leg push. Once in a while he will drag himself with one arm for a very short distance. For the most part he will wiggle his legs so fast that his feet get caught on the carpet and that will give him a BIG boost to get to where he is going. Might I add that his arms are doing NOTHING while his feet are pushing him!! He is leaving his face on the ground to be rubbed raw! I am sure the question comes to mind....why don't I just record it to show you? I swear to you I tried!!! For about an hour straight today I had the camera out and ready and he decided to lay there and suck his thumb. I put toys and things he loves but cannot have, like cords and cell phones in the middle of the room and he would just want to play with the wall. So I would move him to another part of the room and he find something else he could not crawl too, like his books. So I put his books in the middle of the room. He then found a stuffed dog that he has NEVER touched! So I put him in the middle of the room....NOTHING! Not ONE scootch. He is already starting to defy his mother!

Here is what the room looked like while I was trying to get him to scootch...plus it shows what he was doing instead of scootching! That is also the emtpy book case where his books were. He thought is would be fun to play an empty book case instead of the million toys in the middle of the room!!

He also sat up all by himself from lying down on Wed. Sep. 2. He is such a blast to be around!! He pretty much always has a smile on his face. He is a little more grumpy than usual because he has two enormous teeth coming in on the top. He already has two on the bottom but those didn't take long to break through. The top ones are taking an eternity!
